Q. When is
payment required?
A 50% deposit of the total balance is required within
2 weeks of booking. A further 50% payment is required
at least 8 weeks prior to the event.
Q. Who are the
caterers?
A. Headingley Experience are the official caters at
Headingley stadium and provide excellent quality food
and service.
Q. How do you deal with special requirements?
A. Every effort will be made to meet requests. Any
request should be mentioned at time of booking and in
the event questionnaire that you will receive near to
the event.
Q. Dress code:
A. Generally guests prefer to dress for the occasion
and wear smart attire. Some suites will require jacket
and tie and some are less formal. This will be
specified in the event information.
Q. Behaviour:
A. All guests are expected to behave in an appropriate
manor and must adhere to Headingley Stadium’s rules
and conditions.
